WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Return Policy — All Sales Final

No Returns or Exchanges

All purchases from Chop Shop Boutique are final sale. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products and the exclusivity of our drops, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason other than production errors or damaged items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@shopwithchopusa.com. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Approved claims will be corrected at our expense. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Lost or Undeliverable Packages

If your order is lost in transit, you must contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address will require the customer to cover reshipment costs.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed.
If your order has not yet shipped, a $5 restocking fee (or 5% for orders over $100) will apply. Cancellations of multiple orders will incur a $20 fee per order.

Items Always Final Sale

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstance:

  • Footwear (including Nike and Jordan products)

  • Socks and underwear

  • Sealed items (e.g. face masks)

  • Items discounted by 40% or more

Shipping Time

Please allow 1–10 business days for order processing and an additional 1–6 business days for shipping within the continental U.S.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.
