Chop Shop Boutique All Sales Final Policy

Chop Shop Boutique does not offer returns or refunds. All sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Items

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Please email info@shopwithchop.com for assistance.

No Exchanges

  • Chop Shop Boutique does not offer exchanges. All sales are final.

  • All sales are final for all shoes sold at Chop Shop Boutique.

  • Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must include a photo submitted with the problem report to avoid delays.

Returns Address

The return address is set by default to the our main facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. If out facility isn't used as the return address, you become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

Incorrect Address

If an insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.

Unclaimed Shipments

Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for reshipment costs.

Sealed Goods

Chop Shop Boutique does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. Any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Notification for US Consumers

All order cancellations requested prior to shipping/fulfillment will incur a cancellation/restocking fee of $5 for orders under $100 and 5% for orders over $100. No exceptions. Requests to cancel multiple orders will result in a fee of $20 per order. Chop Shop Boutique will only ship Nike and Jordan products to North American addresses.

Notification for EU Consumers

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. Goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.

  2. Sealed goods unsealed after delivery and not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Chop Shop Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

Defective Merchandise/Incorrect Order

If you receive incorrect merchandise or an item is deemed defective, Chop Shop Boutique will issue a return label. Defects or incorrect orders must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Do not mail an item back without authorization from Chop Shop Boutique.

Final Sale and Discount Codes

Socks and underwear are final sale and may not be returned. Items discounted 40% or more off the retail price are designated as "Final Sale" and may not be returned for a refund, store credit, or size exchange.

Shipping and Delivery

Please allow 1-10 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 1-6 business days for delivery in the continental U.S. An automated email with tracking information will be sent when your order ships. You can also log into your account on our website to check your tracking information.
